Raupe Ab is a challenging game in which you must save islands from flooding using your trusty bulldozer.
Your mission in Raupe Ab is to plug the broken dikes by pushing the piles of stones into them. With new breaks appearing across the island all the time, the game can get quite challenging.
Moving the bulldozer in Raupe Ab takes some practice. It involves spinning it on its axis, then moving backwards or forwards to line yourself up against the stones, before pushing them directly at the break in the dike. There are lots of power-ups you can collect, including a break indicator, a compass and a 'fix all dikes' tool.
Raupe Ab isn't much to look at. In fact the graphics are pretty terrible and look like something you'd see on a ZX Spectrum. However, the game more than makes up for this in terms of challenges. There are plenty of levels to navigate and the difficulty level quickly rises to nauseating levels!
If you're looking for a riveting game to pass a long journey, Raupe Ab is a great choice - if you don't mind the poor graphics.
